Deadline to Apply for American Food Fair Extended
Missouri Ag Connection - 02/13/2019

The Missouri Department of Agriculture is inviting three food and beverage companies to showcase products within the American Food Fair pavilion at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show in Chicago, Ill., May 18-21. The deadline to apply to be one of the three has been extended to Feb. 22.

MDA will award these companies with a partial booth sponsorship to exhibit in its booth. If selected, a $2,500 required deposit is due to MDA by March 8 at 4 p.m.

The American Food Fair is a trade opportunity where 60,000 food service professionals--including over 4,000 international representatives looking to capitalize on the latest food trends--meet to broker partnerships and reach multiple global markets at once. NASDA's American Food Fair joins the NRA to represent, educate and promote the restaurant industry.

MDA is also partnering with Food Export-Midwest to offer an additional opportunity for Missouri food and beverage companies to participate in a Buyers' Mission during the show. Scheduled one-on-one meetings with verified buyers from all over the world will give companies an added layer of exposure while participating in the National Restaurant Association Show.

Register through Food Export-Midwest to take advantage of this additional activity at foodexport.org.
