The Missouri Farm Bureau’s Political Action Committee (PAC) has announced its endorsement of Eric Burlison for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives in Missouri's 7th Congressional District. The endorsement comes following a vote by trustees of the Missouri Farm Bureau Southwest Regional Endorsement Committee, expressing confidence in Burlison's dedicated representation of southwest Missouri.
Chairman Lane Baxter of the MOFB PAC's Southwest Regional Endorsement Committee praised Congressman Burlison's track record, citing his effective committee work and legislative initiatives during his initial two-year term. Baxter expressed pride in supporting Burlison's reelection bid, emphasizing the anticipation of the congressman's ongoing commitment to advancing agriculture in Missouri.
This marks the second endorsement for Burlison by the MOFB PAC, having previously received support during his successful 2018 election to the Missouri Senate and his subsequent U.S. House of Representatives campaign in 2022.
The trustees of the MOFB PAC, representing various county Farm Bureau organizations, play a key role in endorsing candidates who align with the values and interests of Missouri's agricultural community. As Burlison gears up for reelection, the endorsement signifies the continued backing of the Missouri Farm Bureau in championing his contributions to the region's agricultural representation.
