Missouri Farm Bureau’s State Political Action Committee has endorsed Bill Hardwick in his campaign for Missouri Senate District 16. Hardwick currently serves as the representative for House District 121, which covers portions of Pulaski County and Fort Leonard Wood.
First elected to the Missouri House in 2020, Hardwick was recently recognized with Missouri Farm Bureau’s 2026 Friends of Agriculture Award for his support of the state’s agricultural industry.
“Missouri Farm Bureau is proud to endorse Bill Hardwick for the Missouri Senate. Bill understands the challenges that rural communities face, as he experiences them firsthand at his home in Dixon," said Charles Bassett, Pulaski County PAC trustee.
"His experience as a legislator and his service as a veteran reflect his commitment to serving others. We know he will continue to be a strong advocate for agriculture and rural Missouri in the Senate,” Bassett added.
Before entering the Legislature, Hardwick served as a supervisory attorney for the Department of the Army, a special assistant U.S. attorney, an assistant prosecuting attorney for Pulaski County, and city prosecutor for St. Robert. He also taught courses in political science, business, philosophy, and law as an adjunct professor.
A veteran of the Missouri National Guard and U.S. Army, Hardwick served in both enlisted and officer roles, including deployment to Iraq. He currently serves as chairman of the Sustainable Ozark Partnership and as a commissioner on the Missouri Military Preparedness and Enhancement Commission.
