Gov. Mike Parson and State Fair Director Mark Wolfe have announced that this year's Missouri State Fair in Sedalia welcomed nearly 350,000 visitors, marking a 2.5% increase from the previous year.
Survey data revealed that many fairgoers attend because of cherished family traditions.
Agricultural exhibits, family-friendly attractions, food, shopping, camping, and concerts, including a sold-out Lainey Wilson show and a nearly sold-out Nelly concert, were among the highlights.
The carnival midway also enjoyed a successful year, with record-breaking days for revenue.
