Join us for a comprehensive workshop on agricultural land leases, hosted by MU Extension specialists. This in-person event will take place on January 30, 2025, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm at the Wright County Extension office, located at 608 E State Street, Mountain Grove, MO 65711.
The workshop will cover a variety of important topics, including establishing effective communication between landlords and tenants, building strong landlord-tenant relationships, and key elements of pasture leases. Attendees will also learn about leasing beef cows, the basics of land leases, and the difference between written and oral leases. In addition, the session will address the components of a lease agreement and how to properly terminate leases when necessary.
The workshop fee is $5, payable online or at the door. Coffee and snacks will be provided for all participants.
