Join the Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) for the opportunity to host a group of cattle producers from Ecuador. Connect with buyers, build relationships with livestock producers from Ecuador, and have the chance to show them the quality livestock genetics your farm has to offer.
Agriculture production in Ecuador ranges from beef cattle in the lowlands to dairy cattle and sheep in the highlands. The demand for high-quality genetics is critical in order to make their operations more profitable. Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your genetics to producers from South America's west coast.
MDA will select Missouri Angus, Red Angus, Brangus, and Beefmaster operations to welcome the Ecuador producers during their visit to Missouri April 17-21. Please note that proper biosecurity will be practiced as this trade mission takes place.
If you are a Missouri producer interested in participating during this cattle buyers' mission, please contact Taylor Buckley, livestock and genetics marketing specialist, at Taylor.Buckley@mda.mo.gov or (573) 645-1588.
The deadline is apply is March 6.
