Championship Tractor Pull 2025 Draws Top Talent

Championship Tractor Pull 2025 Draws Top Talent

By Jamie Martin

The 2025 Championship Tractor Pull, one of the most anticipated motorsport events in the U.S., will take place at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky, from February 12-15. This invitation-only competition will feature nearly 200 top drivers competing for over $300,000 in prizes.

Unmatched Competition

Since its establishment in 1969, this championship has drawn competitors and fans nationwide. With more than 70,000 spectators expected to attend, the event is set to deliver high-energy action as pullers battle for supremacy. The challenge lies in reaching a "full pull" and securing a spot among the best in the sport.

A Story of Passion and Dedication

Lisa Tatum, one of the competitors, shares her excitement about returning to the event. “I was the first female driver to win the Saturday night finals in 2003 when I was just 20 years old,” Tatum said. “I’ve competed a few times since then, but knowing I’ll be back in Freedom Hall in February still feels just as exciting and nerve-wracking as it did the very first time.” Her journey is a testament to the deep-rooted passion and skill that define this sport.

How to Attend

The Championship Tractor Pull will run every night at 7 p.m. from February 12-15, with an additional Saturday session at noon. Tickets start at $9 and are available at champpull.org.

The event coincides with the National Farm Machinery Show, which offers free public admission. Parking is $15 per vehicle at the gate or $12 online. Fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early for this must-see competition.

Availability for later sessions is low. Visit https://champpull.org/tickets to buy your tickets today.
