Calling all gardening enthusiasts! Get ready to cultivate your green thumb with University of Missouri Extension's exciting five-session webinar series, perfect for anyone wanting to jump-start their vegetable garden this spring. 

Zoom into knowledge each Monday night from 6:30 to 8 pm in February and March. We'll guide you through every step, from planning your plot to nurturing your harvest. 

  • Springboard your planting plan: Start the journey on February 5th by laying the groundwork. Learn how to design a garden that thrives, considering factors like sunlight, space, and your favorite veggies. 
  • Master the magic of seasons: Discover the secrets of both cool- and warm-season crops during the February 12th and 19th sessions. We'll explore which veggies shine in each season, ensuring a continuous garden bounty. 
  • Unleash the power of healthy soil: Dive into the world of soil on February 26th. Understand the importance of healthy soil for vibrant vegetables, learn how to conduct soil tests, and decipher the results like a pro. 
  • Harvest the fragrant world of herbs: Conclude your garden education on March 4th with a fragrant flourish. Learn the secrets of growing a thriving herb garden, adding delicious and aromatic notes to your culinary creations.
