The Missouri Corn Foundation is continuing its tradition of supporting future agricultural leaders by awarding seven $1,000 scholarships in 2026. Applications for the Missouri Corn Scholarship Program are now open online for high school seniors and college juniors pursuing agriculture-related degrees.
“Investing in the future of our industry goes beyond building markets. It’s also investing in the people, the families, and the future leaders in agriculture,” notes Missouri Corn Scholarship Chair Brian Willott of Mexico, Mo. “Whether it's corn production, marketing, agronomy, or policy work, our industry is ever changing, and we want to invest in the students who are ready to take on the challenges to help move agriculture forward.”
Applicants can access the 2026 Missouri Corn Scholarships online at www.mocorn.org under the Education tab. All applications must be submitted online by Feb. 13, 2026, and include an official high school or college transcript and at least one letter of recommendation.
High school seniors must be Missouri residents from a farm or rural area in the state and plan to attend a two- or four-year college majoring in an agriculture-related field. Scholarship funds for high school recipients will be applied to freshman year expenses.
College juniors must also be Missouri residents from a farm or rural area and currently enrolled at a four-year college or university, pursuing an agriculture-related degree. Scholarship funds for college winners will support senior year expenses.
Applications will be reviewed by the Missouri Corn Scholarship Committee, and recipients will be notified by mail on or before April 15, 2026.
