In a series of recent announcements, Missouri Soybeans has welcomed Faith Smith as its new Portfolio and Project Lifecycle Manager, Madelyn Warren as the Strategic Communications Manager, and Ryan Siegel as the Creative Marketing Manager. These appointments and title changes reflect the organization's commitment to internal growth and development.
Faith Smith, originally from southeast Missouri, brings extensive project management experience to her new role. She will be responsible for overseeing the organization's portfolio of projects and ensuring their successful execution from start to finish. Additionally, she will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which will enhance grower engagement.
Madelyn Warren, a seasoned communications professional, will now serve as the Strategic Communications Manager. In this position, she will be responsible for shaping and preserving the organization's brand reputation and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
Ryan Siegel, a creative marketing expert, will take on the role of Creative Marketing Manager. He will be responsible for integrating creative content across various channels while ensuring consistency and effectiveness of the brand's assets.
